Hannah has finally met the real thing - a partner who is charming, attractive and emotionally available. But when he reveals an incident from his past that warps the vision of a picture-perfect life she imagined for them both, she’s forced to confront everything she thought she knew about passion, desire, and what she thinks she deserves. Written and directed by Elizabeth Lovelady and featuring Hallie Peterson, Offended is a darkly funny solo play about love, shame, and forgiveness, and how to untangle truth from fiction when telling the story of a complicated life.
